As one of the unique training aides that this school uses, is the Mock Poker Night. I try to simulate a real Poker Room, by letting the students invite guests and I invite Poker Dealers to attend. I set-up the tables so that each table is a different game, and then everytime a dealer pushes in, the game changes for that table. This gives the student a real feel of what to expect on his first day as a dealer. It is a fast pace, but fair simulation of a real day in the life of a dealer. I also count the students performance at the Mock Poker Night as part of his passing grade.
